A prescription is required for this product. To order, place order below, and fax or mail us the prescription obtained from your veterinarian to our address on the INFO page. Fax toll free to 1-800-905-6155. We will ship once we have received the prescription. As an alternative, we can also call your Vet to OK the prescription if you provide all contact information including phone number and pet's name in the Comments section of the order form. Please make sure this will be alright with your Vet before we call. We will ship within 24 hours of receiving the prescription.
