CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Renal disease. Hepatic encephalopathy.
Caution - Feeding DIABETIC DS 44 diet may increase the cat's sensitivity to insulin. It is strongly recommended to monitor blood glucose concentrations and insulin response when starting DIABETIC DS 44 diet as frequent adjustments in insulin therapy may be necessary to avoid a hypoglycemic crisis.
